Snow Storm January 9, 2019

The forecast was for 1-3 inches. We got a foot here on Tug Hill in Etna.

I started taking photos at 5 AM. Here is the snow coming down as lit by our yard lights.

By 8 AM, a red squirrel made a tunnel under the snow to a spot below our bird feeders.

Around 9 AM, I got these photos of our back and front yards with the wet heavy snow sticking to the trees.

Before 10 AM, the snow started coming off our roof. It buried our side door. The yellow line holds bird feeders.

A bit after 10 AM, the snow plow arrived.

The snow had bent some pin cherry trees over the driveway. I hope they recover.
