C2C Hike and the Striding Edge

Two weeks ago I returned from hiking for 8 days along the Coast-to-Coast Trail in northern England. Devised by Alfred Wainwright, this trail passes through three national parks along mostly public rights-of-way and paths. It is one of the most popular of all the long-distance footpaths in the UK. 

I will be posting photos from this hike HERE over the next few months, as time permits. As a teaser, I have posted a few hours of the 4th day, an amazing scramble along Striding Edge, seen below.
