The floor of the woods was filled with leaves. This made following the trail very challenging. I was riding with folks who knew the trail, and still we got lost numerous times as can be seen from our non-straight route below.
We had a blow-out, but there were 5 to help fix it. As has been well established, the time it takes to fix a tire is directly proportional to the number of people helping. Here are a few photos I snapped on a very fun ride through the hills of Beaver Meadow just before the rifle hunting season started.
